One, you have to still have the ability to create goods in order to trade, and when you try trading from too far up your rate of return drops drastically. There are quite a few parts you missed there with that reasoning. That's the Dyn Tower experience, and it's entirely lacking. Ask a guildmate to give you 50 OF goods, and see how fast you can turn those into 15000 PE goods. The nice thing is, it's easy enough to take Dyn Tower for a test-drive. But Inno has intentionally designed the market to have a lot of friction. If the market was 100% efficient, it would be a no-brainer to get it. Again, you save the space of yet another gb you need to level.ĭyn Tower is tempting. That doesn't fit well in early game, when space is at a premium.īy mid-game (daily income 150fp+), it's a negligible expense to buy 2000 FE goods and trade them down. All the while, you have this big gb taking up space with no return. But there's a rub - you gotta trade them down, and that takes a long time.ĭyn Tower doesn't suit early game, because if you use it for maximum advantage (getting VF goods and trading down), it can take months before the goods reach you. Trade those down, and you'll have more lower era goods than you know what to do with. In G, it's ~300fp to buy a full set of arc goods. The alternative to Dynamic Tower is, you just wait around to buy some future era goods when they're cheap. That's not bad in and of itself, but it shows that it's only an early to mid-game gb - it's not something you want to level beyond 10. Dyn Tower is the one gb that decreases in value every time you age up.
